Role Description
Grovix Infotech is inviting applications from enthusiastic and technically skilled candidates for Technical Trainer positions in Python, Java, C, C++, and DevOps for an on-site training assignment at a partner institution .
The selected candidates will conduct interactive classroom sessions, explain technical concepts through practical examples, deliver hands-on coding exercises, and help students strengthen their programming and problem-solving skills.
Candidates will also prepare training materials, conduct assessments, resolve student queries, and coordinate with academic teams to ensure effective training delivery.
Final-year students, fresh graduates, and candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Location Preference: Candidates based in South India will be preferred. Candidates from other regions who are willing to travel or relocate may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive classroom-based technical training sessions.
Explain programming concepts through live coding, practical exercises, and real-world examples.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
Guide students in programming fundamentals and problem-solving techniques.
Evaluate student progress through tests, coding exercises, and projects.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual learning support.
Coordinate with academic and internal teams to meet training objectives.
Ensure timely execution of training sessions as per the assigned schedule.
Keep learning materials aligned with relevant industry practices.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates pursuing their final year of graduation or graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines are eligible to apply.
Freshers with strong technical fundamentals and a passion for teaching are welcome.
Candidates with up to two years of relevant technical, teaching, mentoring, or training experience may apply.
Good knowledge of the relevant technology: Python, Java, C, C++, or DevOps.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and conduct practical, hands-on sessions.
Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
For DevOps roles, familiarity with Linux, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and related tools is desirable.
Willingness to work on-site in Bijnor for the assigned training duration is essential.
