About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Company Description Florē Women's Health is a direct-pay telehealth clinic providing evidence-based care for perimenopause and menopause to patients across Australia. The clinic was founded to address gaps in how hormonal change is investigated and managed, offering comprehensive consultations, structured follow-up, and continuity of care. Patients move through a clearly defined pathway of initial assessment, periodic reviews, and ongoing support, with all stages documented and shared within the clinical team. Care is delivered by GPs and NPs with a special interest in hormonal health, operating within a governed clinical framework aligned with AHPRA and TGA standards. As a telehealth-only service, Florē provides transparent pricing, secure video consultations, and Australia-wide access without referral or location barriers, with a clear commitment to evidence-based practice over trends or unproven therapies.
Role Description This part-time remote role is for a General Practitioner focused on women's health and menopause care via telehealth. The practitioner will conduct comprehensive video consultations, including initial assessments, follow-up reviews, and ongoing management for patients experiencing perimenopause and menopause. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking detailed histories, evaluating symptoms, requesting and reviewing relevant investigations, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and documenting all encounters within Florē’s clinical framework. The GP will collaborate with other clinicians to ensure continuity of care, align practice with current guidelines and regulatory requirements, and support patients alongside their existing primary care providers. The role also involves participating in clinical governance activities, engaging in continuous professional development in women’s hormonal health, and contributing to service refinement based on patient outcomes and feedback.
