About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

About Aarivow
Aarivow Entertainment is an experiential marketing and live entertainment company working at the intersection of brands, artists, college festivals and youth culture.
We build campus campaigns, artist-led experiences, brand activations and live entertainment opportunities. Our work includes campus partnerships, festival programming, artist integrations and pan-India brand campaigns.
We don't just sell sponsorship inventory. We build experiences.
The role
We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded individual who can help build Aarivow's college and festival business from the ground up.
Your job is to identify relevant colleges and festivals, find the people who make decisions, initiate conversations, pitch Aarivow's offerings and turn those conversations into qualified business opportunities.
This is not a passive coordination role. You will be expected to make calls, send outreach messages, follow up consistently, maintain a clean pipeline and take ownership of moving opportunities forward.
What you will do
Build and maintain a structured database of colleges, student unions, festival committees, cultural societies and event decision-makers.
Identify relevant college festivals, their dates, artist lineups, organisers, sponsorship opportunities and commercial requirements.
Research and identify the right contacts, including student-union representatives, festival convenors, cultural secretaries and faculty coordinators where relevant.
Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone calls and WhatsApp where appropriate.
Pitch Aarivow's artist bookings, festival programming, brand integrations, sponsorship solutions and event-related services.
Follow up with prospects and qualify their requirements, budgets, timelines and decision-making processes.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Head on pitches, proposals and negotiations.
Maintain accurate records of every lead, interaction, next action and opportunity stage in Aarivow's CRM.
Track the campus festival calendar and identify opportunities well ahead of event dates.
Build long-term relationships with campus decision-makers instead of approaching each festival as a one-time transaction.
What we are looking for
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to unfamiliar people.
Comfort with outbound sales, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups.
A bias towards action, consistency and measurable outcomes.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Ability to write clear professional messages and maintain organised records.
Interest in college festivals, live entertainment, music, events, youth culture or experiential marketing.
Willingness to work with targets and take responsibility for a pipeline.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, email and basic CRM workflows.
Previous experience in college festivals, student councils, cultural societies, sponsorship, campus ambassador programmes, event agencies or business development is an advantage, but not mandatory.
We value ownership, resourcefulness and execution more than pedigree.
Compensation and growth
Basic Pay + Unlimited Incentive
Performance-linked incentives for qualified meetings and eligible business generated, under a defined incentive policy.
Direct exposure to live entertainment, college festivals, artist bookings, brand partnerships and commercial negotiations.
Opportunity to grow into a Campus Business Development Manager role based on demonstrated performance.
How to apply
Apply through LinkedIn with your CV and a short note answering:
Why are you interested in campus partnerships and live entertainment?
If you had to identify and contact 50 college-festival decision-makers in one week, how would you do it?
Tell us about a time you initiated a conversation, built a relationship or convinced someone to take action.
Please apply only if you are comfortable with active outreach, regular follow-ups and target-driven work.
