Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur with responsibilities focused on garment and safety product operations. The role involves assisting with production activities such as handling and sorting materials, supporting the manufacturing of safety gloves, hand sleeves, and cotton waste products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Daily tasks may include basic quality checks, packaging and labeling finished goods, and coordinating with supervisors and team members to meet production targets. The role also requires following all safety guidelines, adhering to company processes, and supporting inventory and stock management as needed.
Qualifications
Ability to work with textile and garment materials, including gloves, sleeves, and cotton products.
Basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse operations, including handling, packing, and quality checks.
Attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures and company guidelines.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry out manual tasks in a production environment.
Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
Prior experience in garments, safety products, or factory work is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to communicate clearly in the local language; basic reading and writing skills are beneficial.
