Web Design Sales Representative

WorkSite is looking for an independent, commission-only sales partner to sell new websites, scoped repairs and website revamps to HVAC companies and trade contractors.
COMPENSATION
$0 upfront pay, no base salary and no retainer. Commission is 25–50%, paid only from collected customer payments. We agree on the exact rate and which payments qualify before starting.
THE ROLE
I provide researched cold business leads, available website concepts and approved quotes. You personally handle first contact, qualification, follow-up and closing; I handle project scoping, design, website delivery and review.
The supplied leads are researched prospects, not warm inquiries or guaranteed sales. This role includes cold outreach and closing.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience personally making first contact and closing web-design or other B2B service sales. Clear communication, reliable follow-up and the ability to explain website services to business owners.
