We are looking for a proactive, multi-skilled Lead Generation Specialist to manage inbound and outbound lead pipelines, conduct prospect follow-ups, drive tour scheduling, and handle CRM automation for our assisted living community.
In this role, you will evaluate and qualify leads, make outreach calls, manage GoHighLevel campaigns, execute organic/paid ad content updates using Canva, handle digital agreements via ECP, and guide prospective families from initial inquiry through post-tour onboarding
Responsibilities:
Research, source, evaluate, and qualify leads from various platforms and sources.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, nurture prospects, and schedule tours and appointments.
Support Facebook, Google Ads, AI advertising, and organic social media content.
Manage lead records, notes, and statuses in GoHighLevel (GHL).
Assist with CRM automations, SMS/email blasts, and email marketing campaigns.
Use ECP to manage leads and send onboarding documents for e-signature.
Follow up with assisted living tour attendees, answer questions, and nurture prospects.
Manage client communications, newsletters, reviews, and feedback requests.
Send agreements for e-signature, record payments, and issue receipts.
Order business cards and company merchandise as needed.
Track lead-generation metrics, research new lead sources, and conduct market and contact research.
Qualifications:
Lead generation experience
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and AI tools
CRM management experience, preferably GoHighLevel
Experience with Canva or similar design tools
ECP experience is a huge plus
Google Ads and AI advertising experience preferred
Strong research, organization, follow-up, and communication skills
