Company Description ClinRT is focused on transforming clinical trials through a user-centric Interactive Response Technology (IRT) platform designed for sponsors and clinical trial sites. The company’s Intelligent Response Technology combines innovation and configurability, enabling teams to customize workflows without programming expertise. By emphasizing accessibility, ease of use, and efficiency, ClinRT helps clinical stakeholders manage studies more effectively and optimize trial performance.
Role Description The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive growth for ClinRT’s IRT platform by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with sponsors, CROs, and clinical trial sites. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and supporting onboarding in collaboration with internal teams. The BDM will build and maintain long-term client relationships, gather market and customer feedback, and translate these insights into strategic recommendations for product and commercial teams. Day-to-day responsibilities also include developing go-to-market plans, attending virtual industry events or webinars, maintaining accurate pipeline and CRM records, and reporting on sales performance and forecasts.
