Continuously improve automation standards, frameworks, and testing processes.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira.

Ensure defects are resolved before release and help drive overall product quality.
Serve as the day-to-day QA contact for US-based business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
Provide testing status updates, quality metrics, automation coverage reports, and release readiness recommendations.
Mentor and guide Associate QA Engineers by reviewing test cases, automation scripts, and testing approaches.
Promote quality engineering best practices and advocate for early QA involvement throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, preferably supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
2+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test solutions used in production environments.
Experience with one or more automation frameworks or tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing.
Proficiency in at least one programming language used for automation, such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
Experience with API testing and automation using tools such as Postman, Newman, REST Assured, or similar.

Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams and maintain overlap with US business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce-specific testing and automation tools, including Selenium Playwright.
Experience executing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Copado.
Experience testing integrations, middleware, or data flows using platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft.
Exposure to business applications such as Kantata, Gainsight, Outreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), LEAH, or Zuora.
