Role Description The Aviation Enthusiast role is a full-time remote position dedicated to supporting aviation-related projects, services, and partnerships. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves researching aviation trends, aircraft types, and maintenance considerations; documenting findings; and contributing to the development of aviation-focused content and service concepts. The individual will interact with potential partners and clients via digital communication channels, providing clear information and responsive support. Responsibilities also include coordinating remote meetings, maintaining organized records of aircraft and aviation-related activities, and actively identifying new collaboration opportunities within the aviation community.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong interest and foundational knowledge in Aircraft and Aviation, including familiarity with aircraft types, operations, and industry practices.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with partners, clients, and stakeholders in a professional and responsive manner.
Candidates should possess basic awareness of Aircraft Maintenance concepts or the willingness to learn, enabling informed discussions about maintenance needs and procedures.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills suitable for full-time remote work, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Candidates should possess digital literacy, including comfort with online collaboration tools, documentation platforms, and remote communication technologies.
Relevant experience in aviation, customer-facing roles, or technical support is beneficial; certifications or coursework in aviation or aerospace are an advantage but not required.
