We recognise that applicants come from diverse circumstances and may have varying levels of access to resources and support networks. To help level the playing field, we are comfortable with candidates using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to support them in preparing their application responses. AI can be a useful source of guidance and information, especially for those who may not have broad personal or professional networks to draw on. Allowing this aligns with our commitment to equity by giving all candidates a fairer chance to demonstrate their strengths and potential.
At the same time, we ask that candidates use these tools thoughtfully and ethically, and ensure that what they submit genuinely represents their own ideas, experiences, and abilities.
