We’re Hiring: Senior AI/ML Engineer (Remote)

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience building production-ready machine learning systems and modern Generative AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions.
* Build LLM-powered applications using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
* Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, and vector search solutions.
* Integrate AI models and APIs into scalable web applications.
* Work with Python, machine learning frameworks, and cloud-based AI services.
* Optimize model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into practical AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, machine learning, or a closely related field.
* Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
* Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG.
* Experience with REST APIs, databases, and production deployments.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* A portfolio of relevant AI/ML projects or production systems.
Nice to Have
* Experience building AI agents and tool-calling workflows.
* Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps.
* Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant.
* Experience optimizing inference costs and evaluating AI-generated outputs.
