Role Description The Astrologer role at Kundlivala is a full-time remote position focused on providing accurate, ethical, and professional spiritual consultations to clients through digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing birth charts, offering guidance based on astrological systems, and supporting clients in areas such as relationships, career, health, and personal growth. The Astrologer will conduct live and scheduled consultations via chat, audio, and video, prepare written reports or forecasts when needed, and maintain clear, empathetic communication. The role also involves adhering to platform policies, maintaining client confidentiality, updating availability schedules, and contributing to a positive and respectful client experience. Collaboration with the Kundlivala team to improve services, share feedback, and participate in occasional trainings or promotional activities may also be part of the role.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Astrology (preferably Vedic or other recognized systems) with the ability to interpret charts and provide clear, practical guidance.
Proficiency in one or more complementary disciplines such as Numerology and Palmistry to offer holistic consultations.
Experience or skills in Tarot and Psychic-based guidance, with a focus on ethical, non-predictive, and supportive readings.
Proven experience providing spiritual or counseling services through online platforms, including chat, audio, or video.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or other regional languages, with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle a consistent volume of consultations.
High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism, with a commitment to non-discriminatory and inclusive client interactions.
Relevant training, certification, or documented practice in astrology or spiritual guidance; prior experience with mobile or web-based consultation apps is an advantage.
