About the Role
Aryavart Kids Preschool is looking for a responsible, enthusiastic, and dedicated teacher who enjoys working with young children and can contribute to a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment.
The ideal candidate should possess good English communication skills, a caring attitude towards children, and the ability to manage classroom activities along with basic administrative and school operational responsibilities whenever required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate teaching and learning activities for preschool children .
* Handle children patiently and ensure their safety, well-being, discipline, and overall development.
* Maintain a clean, organized, healthy, and child-friendly classroom environment.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and senior staff.
* Assist with daily school operations, basic administrative tasks, documentation, and other responsibilities as assigned.
* Support classroom activities, celebrations, events, and other school programes.
* Follow school policies, daily routines, and professional standards.
* Maintain respectful and cooperative relationships with colleagues and senior management.
* Demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
* Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
* Graduation: A graduate degree is preferred. Candidates with additional relevant qualifications may also apply.
* Experience: Candidates with at least one year of relevant teaching or childcare experience are preferred.
* Freshers: Enthusiastic freshers with the right attitude and a genuine interest in teaching are welcome to apply.
* English Proficiency: Good English-speaking, verbal communication, comprehension, and understanding skills are essential.
* Basic computer knowledge and administrative skills will be an advantage. ONLY FEMALES SHALL APPLY

💰 Salary & Working Hours:
* Monthly Salary: ₹6,000–₹8,000, depending on qualifications and suitability.
* Working Days & Hours: As per the school’s schedule, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
* Work Mode: On-site at Aryavart Kids Preschool, Shyam Nagar, Kanpur.
