Client Experience & Travel Services Coordinator

Description:
We're looking for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy customer service, organization, and helping people plan memorable travel experiences.
In this role, you'll work with clients to coordinate travel arrangements, provide ongoing support throughout the booking process, and build long-term relationships through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs
Research and coordinate vacation options including hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, and vacation packages
Prepare travel quotes and assist with reservations
Provide client support before, during, and after travel
Maintain accurate client records and booking information
Participate in ongoing professional development and supplier education
Stay current on industry updates, promotions, and destination knowledge
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable learning new technology and online booking platforms
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Interest in the travel industry is beneficial
