Experience managing and optimising enterprise data storage systems and associated infrastructure platforms, preferably within an academic or research environment.
Strong technical experience across research data storage, infrastructure and computing services, including cloud and on-premises environments.
Understanding of infrastructure and data lifecycle management, including capacity, performance, retention, archiving, data management and governance.
Understanding of security, access management, backup, recovery and resilience requirements within enterprise technology environments.
