We are looking for an exceptional engineer who wants to turn this foundation into working technology and play a meaningful role in building the company around it.
The Role
We are seeking an AI Engineer based in Türkiye, preferably in Ankara, with strong communication skills and demonstrated experience building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, integrations, and agent gateways.
You will work on the engineering foundations of our AI systems: connecting agents with tools and data, developing learning and memory capabilities, and translating proprietary concepts into reliable implementations.
This is a hands-on role with substantial ownership. Your ideas, judgment, and execution will help shape both the technology and our engineering practices.
What You Will Do
Develop AI applications and agent systems supporting adaptive continual learning.
Build MCP servers, clients, and integrations connecting agents to tools, data, and services.
Develop agent gateways for model routing, tool access, orchestration, and monitoring.
Implement and evaluate memory, retrieval, and feedback-driven adaptation.
Translate research concepts and proprietary methods into practical, testable systems.
Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Communicate technical decisions, progress, and results clearly.
What You Bring
Hands-on experience building AI applications and agent infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience with MCP development and agent gateways.
Strong Python skills and experience with backend services, APIs, and modern AI frameworks.
A solid understanding of machine learning and an interest in continual learning.
Sound engineering practices, including testing, documentation, and systematic debugging.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
Initiative, accountability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely.
