We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to manage and grow our U.S.-based creator community on Discord.
Our community brings together content creators and TikTok Shop affiliates who work with our brands. We’re looking for someone who understands how to build an active creator community, keep members engaged, provide ongoing education, and turn Discord into a valuable space creators actually want to participate in.
🟢What You’ll Do
Manage and moderate our Discord community on a daily basis
Build relationships with U.S.-based creators and TikTok Shop affiliates
Keep the community active through discussions, announcements, educational content, challenges, and other engagement activities
Welcome and onboard new creators
Answer creator questions and provide ongoing support
Educate creators on best practices, content strategies, product promotions, and brand campaigns
Share updates about new products, campaigns, promotions, bonuses, and collaboration opportunities
Develop initiatives to increase creator engagement and participation
Organize community activities such as challenges, contests, Q&As, workshops, and creator calls
Identify highly engaged and high-potential creators and build stronger relationships with them
Collect creator feedback and communicate insights to our internal team
Track community engagement and suggest ways to continuously improve the community
🟢What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience managing Discord communities is required
Experience working with a U.S.-based community
Strong understanding of Discord features, moderation, channels, roles, bots, and community structure
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to community engagement
Ability to create a friendly, active, and supportive environment
Experience working with creators, influencers, UGC creators, or affiliate communities
🟢Strong Plus
Previous experience managing a community of TikTok Shop creators or affiliates
Strong understanding of the U.S. TikTok Shop ecosystem
Knowledge of TikTok Shop Affiliate, creator collaborations, samples, commissions, GMV, and creator campaigns
Experience in beauty, wellness, e-commerce, or DTC brands
Existing relationships or experience working directly with U.S. TikTok Shop creators
