Finance Manager/Accounting Manager

Support the Financial Controller in maintaining accurate financial records, effective internal controls, timely reporting and compliance with statutory and group requirements.
Act as the operational lead for the monthly closing process, accounting activities, audit support, financial schedules and day-to-day coordination of the Finance team.
Review work prepared by Finance team members, resolve accounting and control issues, and escalate significant matters to the Financial Controller.
Strengthen backup coverage and succession capability across accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, costing and finance operations.
Ensure accounting records and supporting documentation are complete, accurate and retained in accordance with company requirements.
Support the preparation and finalisation of annual financial statements and statutory accounts.
Degree in Accounting or similar Accounting & Finance qualifications
CPA, ACCA or related qualification is an advantage
Experience in leading an accounting team, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of SAP S4 is an advantage
