Interior Designer

Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layout plans, and coordinating interior finishes and furnishings for ongoing projects. Day-to-day work includes meeting with clients to understand requirements, producing drawings and presentations, collaborating with architects and contractors, and supporting site execution to ensure design intent is maintained. The role also involves selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), preparing mood boards, and assisting with cost estimates and material specifications. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, with a mix of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional and visually compelling layouts.
Knowledge of Architecture and construction processes to coordinate effectively with project teams.
Ability to prepare detailed Construction Drawings and documentation suitable for execution and contractor coordination.
Experience in FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials aligned with project budgets and design standards.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
Strong visual communication skills, including the ability to develop mood boards, 3D views, and clear design presentations.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients, vendors, and site teams.
Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in interior projects is preferred.
