Freelance food packaging designer

The Project
We've already developed our brand identity, finalised our logo and created packaging mock ups that we're happy with.
We're not looking for a complete redesign. Instead, we need someone who can professionally recreate our existing artwork, make small refinements and prepare the designs for printing.
Our packaging will consist of kraft stand-up pouches with clear windows and rectangular adhesive labels.
Stage 1 – Front Packaging Designs
This is the project we're currently hiring for.
Recreate and refine the existing front labels for two snack products.
Ensure our original logo is incorporated correctly.
Make small adjustments to layout, spacing, sizing and alignment.
Maintain the existing colours, illustrations and overall design direction.
Provide editable design files and artwork suitable for professional print preparation.
Final label dimensions will be confirmed once we've selected our packaging supplier.
Stage 2 – Back Packaging Designs
Once our recipes, ingredients and nutritional information are finalised, we'll be looking to develop the back labels.
Ideally, we'd love to continue working with the same designer for this next stage and potentially future products as Nourish & Sip grows.
Stage 2 will be a separate, paid project.
Who We're Looking For
Someone with previous experience designing food or drink packaging.
Confident working with existing designs rather than creating everything from scratch.
Experience preparing professional packaging artwork for printing.
Good attention to detail and clear communication.
Comfortable working with a small, growing business.
