Who we are
Creator Setu is a Patna-based startup that connects nano and rural creators with paid opportunities. We also create content and communication work for NGOs. We're small, we move fast, and we're building something from scratch.
What this is
A learning-first internship where you run real social media, not practice projects. You'll get a mentor, honest feedback and room to try your own ideas.
What you'll do 🎬
Plan and post content on Instagram and LinkedIn
Write captions, hooks and reel scripts
Make reels, carousels and posters (Canva, CapCut or any app you like)
Spot trends and turn them into ideas for us
Share stories of real creators from small towns and villages
Check what worked, what flopped and why, then do better next week

Reading analytics without being scared of numbers

Working with a team, handling feedback and meeting deadlines

Have working knowledge of Hindi or English (any mix is fine)
Take feedback well and keep improving
Can give 15 hours a week
You don't need
A specific degree or background
A big following or a fancy portfolio
Perfect language. Your ideas matter more.
The deal 🤝
Duration: 3 months (minimum commitment)
Time: 15 hours/week, flexible timings
Stipend: ₹3,000 for the complete 3-month internship
Mode: Remote
