Role Description The VP of Brand & Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping and executing TWENL’s brand and marketing strategy across all channels. This role leads the development of a cohesive brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation aligned with TWENL’s mission, vision, and community values. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and social media presence, coordinating content creation, and monitoring brand awareness and engagement metrics. The VP of Brand & Marketing will collaborate closely with leadership, community managers, and partners to design initiatives that highlight member success stories, promote events and programs, and strengthen TWENL’s position in the Dutch and international entrepreneurial ecosystem. The role also involves managing external agencies or volunteers, optimizing resources, and continuously refining strategies based on data and feedback.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Brand Strategy and Brand Management, including developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity and narrative.
Proficiency in Marketing and Market Planning, with a track record of designing and executing integrated campaigns and growth initiatives.
Ability to build and sustain strong Brand Awareness, especially within community-based or mission-driven organizations.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making to evaluate marketing performance and adjust tactics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch and/or Turkish language skills are an advantage.
Experience working in entrepreneurial, non-profit, or community-focused environments, preferably within international or multicultural contexts.
Proven leadership capabilities, including stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring team members or volunteers.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
