Client: U.S.-Based Glass & Glazing Company
Work Setup: 100% Remote (Philippines) | Type: Full-Time
OWL BRIDGE SOLUTION™ is seeking an experienced Senior Glass & Glazing Operations Coordinator to act as the remote operational backbone for a U.S. client specializing in residential and commercial glass, window retrofits, shower enclosures, and glazing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & CRM Management: Qualify inbound inquiries, log specs (IGU details, window dimensions, shower glass), and maintain CRM records.
Estimating & Quoting: Review scopes of work, pull raw material pricing from manufacturer catalogs, and draft formal proposals.
Scheduling & Dispatch: Map daily installer routes, schedule site visits, and coordinate emergency dispatches.
Supply Chain Tracking: Source materials and track vendor orders (IGUs, tempered glass, hardware) to align with install dates.
Invoicing & Closeout: Review tech completion notes/photos, process invoices via QuickBooks, and handle job closeouts.
Mandatory Qualifications:
3+ Years Industry Experience: In glass, glazing, fenestration, window replacement, or shower door operations.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of glass types (Tempered, Laminated, Low-E, IGUs), hardware, and lead times.
Mandatory Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber + QuickBooks & CRMs.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills with high attention to detail.
