What Youll Do
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant , you will develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities and manage the recruitment process from taking a vacancy brief through to a successful placement.
As a Resourcer , you will focus on finding, engaging and assessing candidates, working closely with our consultants to support vacancies and build strong candidate pipelines.
Depending On Your Role, Your Duties Will Include
Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, our database and referrals.
Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, aspirations and suitability.
Building lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
Preparing candidate profiles and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Coordinating interviews, gathering feedback and keeping everyone informed.
For 360 consultants, developing business and managing your own recruitment desk.
What Were Looking For
Recruitment experience within logistics, freight forwarding or a closely related sector.
A dedicated, professional approach and pride in delivering a high standard of service.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
Good organisation, attention to detail and consistent follow:through.
The motivation to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
For 360 consultants, experience in winning business and managing client accounts.
