Meta Performance Lead
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City, office based

Position Summary
LoansOne is hiring a Meta Performance Lead to build and lead its in-house Meta advertising function across Facebook and Instagram. The role owns strategy, team leadership, testing direction, campaign performance and profitable growth, with a primary target of 3x+ ROAS based on funded revenue attributable to Meta advertising.

Role Requirements
· 3+ years of Meta advertising experience
· Experience managing at least $250,000 per month in Meta advertising spend
· Strong lead generation and direct response advertising background
· Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, acquisition economics and ROAS
· Leadership and team management experience
· Strong analytical and communication skills
· Must own an active Meta ad account in good standing
· Must be based in the Philippines and able to work full time from Eastwood office
Highly Preferred
Experience in business finance, commercial lending, insurance, financial services, or other high-value lead generation industries. Experience managing $500,000+ monthly Meta spend is highly regarded.
What Success Looks Like
Build a disciplined Meta team, scale campaigns profitably, maintain 3x+ ROAS, improve funnel performance, and provide management with visibility into performance, risks and growth opportunities.
Recruitment Evidence
Candidates should demonstrate budgets managed, campaigns scaled, ROAS achieved, testing strategies, CRM data usage, leadership experience, and ownership of an active Meta advertising account.

· Location: Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines
