About The Role
We're partnering with the world's leading AI research teams to build smarter, more accurate AI systems — and we need healthcare data experts to help us get there. As a Health Informatics Analyst, you'll apply your real-world knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflows, and health data to evaluate and improve how AI understands the healthcare domain.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for experienced health informatics professionals who want to contribute to cutting-edge AI development on their own schedule.

What You'll Do
Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, data outputs, and clinical reasoning for accuracy and quality
Apply your knowledge of EHR systems, health data standards, and clinical workflows to assess AI performance
Identify errors, gaps, or unsafe outputs in AI responses related to health informatics topics
Provide structured, expert feedback to help research teams improve AI model quality
Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced with healthcare data, EHR platforms, or clinical information systems
Strong analytical skills with a background in health informatics, clinical data, or related fields
Comfortable evaluating complex information and articulating clear, structured feedback
Detail-oriented and reliable with the ability to work independently
Familiar with data visualization, reporting, or clinical decision support tools
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
Background in collaborating with clinical, IT, or operational stakeholders
Familiarity with health data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding systems
