About The Role
We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring real-world healthcare IT knowledge to cutting-edge AI development. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs — and your clinical systems expertise will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare technology, workflows, and operations.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your background in hospital IT and clinical systems in a flexible, fully remote contract role that goes beyond traditional support work.

Identify inaccuracies, gaps in clinical reasoning, and areas where AI responses fall short of real-world healthcare IT standards
Translate clinical and operational knowledge into clear, actionable feedback that improves AI model quality
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems — including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
Strong technical troubleshooting and system analysis skills
