Role Description The Arabic Language Expert will provide language support to Arabic-speaking clients and healthcare partners, ensuring accurate communication throughout the medical tourism process. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating medical and non-medical documents from Arabic to English and vice versa, interpreting conversations between clients, medical staff, and internal teams, and assisting clients with understanding treatment options, schedules, and procedures. The role involves drafting and reviewing written communication, such as emails, reports, and information brochures, to maintain clarity and cultural sensitivity. The Arabic Language Expert will also collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve client queries and support pre- and post-treatment coordination. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Translation and Language Services, with the ability to work accurately between Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Interpreting, including real-time verbal communication support in client and medical team interactions.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills to produce clear, culturally appropriate messages and documents.
Fluency in Arabic (native or near-native level) and strong command of English.
Previous experience in medical tourism, healthcare, hospitality, or international client services is an advantage.
Attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant educational background in languages, translation, communication, or a related field preferred.
