Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Finance Professionals for Zoho finance suite implementations will configure and implement Zoho Finance products, including setting up chart of accounts, tax rules, invoicing, and reporting structures aligned with client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing financial processes, mapping them to Zoho modules, preparing and validating financial data for migration, and testing system configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, explaining financial workflows, providing user training, and documenting process flows and best practices. Team members will also collaborate with technical consultants, support continuous improvements post go-live, and contribute to solution design and standardization across projects.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to interpret and apply financial concepts to system configurations.
Hands-on experience working with Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and reconciliation.
Excellent Analytical Skills for process mapping, data validation, and problem-solving in implementation scenarios.
Clear and professional Communication skills for consulting with clients, documenting requirements, and delivering training.
Experience with ERP or finance system implementations; Zoho Finance or Zoho Books/Zoho Inventory exposure is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) are a plus.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance in all financial configurations.
