Ultra Fast Transport LLC is a U.S.-based vehicle transport company with over 10 years of experience operating across states and cities throughout the United States. Our brand is known for delivering excellent service and support through a highly professional and committed team.
With the recent expansion of our fleet, we are hiring a Remote Logistics and Administrative Assistant (Dispatcher) to join our operations team. This is a full-time remote position, working via phone and computer.
Responsibilities:
Call and verify vehicle availability and status before the driver goes for pickup.
Schedule pickup times with dealerships or private clients.
Coordinate delivery windows according to driver routes.
Provide full support to both drivers and customers throughout the delivery process.
Requirements:
Fluent English (speaking and writing – phone and email communication).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel).
Additional Details:
🕒 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Brasília time).
💰 Starting Salary: R$ 2.500 per month (Brazilian Reais).
