Client Care Specialist (Spanish Bilingual)

Position Summary:
The Client Care Specialist (Spanish Bilingual) serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships. This role involves guiding clients through the organization's services, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive support.
Tasks and Duties to be Performed by a Client Care Specialist:
Be the primary point of contact, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates through various channels.
Manage account processes (debt changes, POA, cancellations, graduations), send notifications, and perform account reviews.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and build positive, long-term relationships with clients.
Analyze client needs, offer tailored solutions, gather feedback, and relay it for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams and resolve client complaints/conflicts, aiming for positive outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, communications, and documents.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
