Job Description
Support Relationship Managers and Wealth Specialists in handling wealth lending enquiries and application submissions.
Coordinate the collection, verification and completeness of client information, application forms and supporting documentation.
Monitor and track loan applications from submission through approval and disbursement, ensuring timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders on outstanding requirements.
Assist in addressing product and process-related enquiries, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Wealth Lending team.
Support ad hoc projects, reporting requirements and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Banking, Finance or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in banking operations, sales support, loan administration or customer service will have an added advantage.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and interest in the financial services industry.
