In this role, you will support and maintain SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions, ensuring operational stability and efficiency across critical business processes.
You will handle functional support requests, troubleshoot system issues, and implement improvements to meet evolving business needs.
Working in an SAP application management services (AMS) environment, you will contribute to ongoing operations, enhancements, and project delivery.
Your expertise will help maintain service quality, resolve incidents efficiently, and ensure compliance with established service-level agreements (SLAs).
You will also leverage your knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to support integration across related business processes.

Accountabilities
Provide functional support and ongoing maintenance for SAP Materials Management (MM), ensuring system stability and business continuity.
Manage and resolve support tickets, investigate incidents, and troubleshoot functional issues within SAP MM.
Configure and maintain SAP MM functionalities according to business requirements and operational needs.
Identify, implement, and monitor system improvements to optimize processes and enhance the user experience.
Participate in SAP MM-related projects, enhancements, and change requests, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Support application management services (AMS) and ongoing SAP operations, prioritizing incidents and requests according to their urgency and business impact.
Ensure compliance with established service-level agreements (SLAs), maintaining service quality and timely resolution of requests.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate functional solutions.
Apply knowledge of SAP SD to support integration and consistency between materials management and sales and distribution processes.
Document configurations, incidents, solutions, and system changes to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Solid professional experience working with SAP Materials Management (MM), including functional support, configuration, and ongoing system maintenance.
Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), particularly where processes and integrations overlap with SAP MM.
Previous experience in application management services (AMS), SAP support, or operational maintenance environments.
Experience managing support tickets, troubleshooting incidents, implementing improvements, and contributing to SAP-related projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex functional issues and identify effective solutions.
Good understanding of business processes supported by SAP MM and their importance to operational continuity.
Ability to prioritize requests, manage competing demands, and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
A proactive, organized, and service-oriented approach, with a commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Nice to have: Experience supporting organizations in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
