4년제 대학 학사 이상의 학력
한국 연차료 비즈니스에 대한 기본적인 이해 필요
해외 계열사들과의 소통을 위한 영어 이메일 이해 및 작성 능력 필요 (intermediate level)
중급 이상의 엑셀 사용 능력
우대사항
한국 특허/디자인/실용신안 연차료 납부 법 및 절차에 대한 업무 경력 및 INSIGHT
해외 계열사들과 소통을 하기 위한 영어 이메일 이해 및 작성 능력
담당업무
한국 특허청과의 긴밀한 연락 채널 유지
각 그룹사별 납부 프로세스에 의거한 내부 납부/보고 절차 진행
고객별,기간별 통계 자료 작성
근무조건
근무형태: 육아휴직대체 계약직근무기간: 1년 6개월
근무요일: 월~금
근무시간: 9~6 (점심1시간)
근무지: 서울 중구 청계천로 24 K-Square City 14층
3 개월 업무교육/평가 기간 후, 재택근무 병행가능 (회사 정책에 따라 변경될 수 있음)
