MSS Security is looking for an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations across multiple high-profile client sites in the Huntingwood region.
This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of approximately 80 security personnel, with responsibility for operational performance, client relationships and service delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and manage a team of approximately 80 security officers
Oversee security operations across multiple sites
Manage client relationships and key stakeholders
Monitor performance, standards and service delivery
Respond to incidents and operational issues
Conduct site visits, audits and inspections
Assess site risks and address security gaps
Coach, support and develop security personnel
Ensure compliance with security procedures and client requirements
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Security Manager, Security Supervisor or similar with proven leadership and people management experience
Strong communication and client management skills
Sound knowledge of security operations and procedures
Must be and Australia Citizen
Current Australian security licence
Current Australian driver’s licence
Security clearance desirable, but not essential (must be able to obtain)
