Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Marketing Manager located in Mumbai. The Event Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution and marketing of various business events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities. Responsibilities include developing event strategies, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring effective promotion and attendance at events. The role also involves analyzing event performance and reporting key metrics to optimize future initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Event Marketing, including planning and executing successful event campaigns
Demonstrated experience with Event Planning and hands-on Event Management
Knowledge of Trade Shows and related promotional strategies
Strong Sales skills, with the ability to generate leads and build client relationships through event participation
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in event management and marketing tools/software is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
