AI Implementation Specialist, Sweet
About Sweet
Sweet (verysweet.ai) helps accounting firms put AI to work. We audit how a firm spends its time, then build the AI agents and workflows that give those hours back. We’ve trained more than 2,500 accountants and work hands-on with CPA and bookkeeping firms across the US and Canada.
The role
This is a forward-deployed, customer-facing role. You’ll be the person who gets each firm up and running on Claude, from the first workflow interview until the team uses it every day without help.
What you’ll do
Interview firm owners and staff to map their workflows and find what to automate first.
Set firms up on Claude: accounts, connectors (QuickBooks, Xero, Gmail/Outlook, Drive, Notion and others), and our Sweet platform.
Guide users on how to use and think about AI agents in their day-to-day (education & training)
Build and customize skills for each firm’s processes, such as bill pay, month-end close and tax review.
Train staff in live sessions and support them one-on-one until it clicks.
Feed what you learn back to the team so we improve our product and playbooks.
What we’re looking for
You’re deep into AI already. You use Claude or similar tools every day and have built your own skills, connectors or automations.
You can explain technical things simply to people who aren’t technical.
You’re organized, follow through, and are comfortable leading calls with clients.
You don’t need prior experience. Recent grads are welcome.
Bonus
An engineering or technical background, or comfort with APIs, scripting or MCP.
Experience in or near accounting, bookkeeping or tax.
