Data Analyst

Company Description This personal project is focused on building data-driven tools and insights to support informed decision-making and process improvement. Role Description The Data Analyst will work full time on-site in Patna, focusing on collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing datasets, creating reports and dashboards, and developing visualizations to communicate trends and performance metrics. The role involves building and refining data models, using statistical methods to generate insights, and translating findings into clear recommendations. The Data Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, validate data accuracy, and continuously improve analytic processes for the project.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns.
Solid understanding of Statistics to perform hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and basic predictive assessments.
Experience with Data Modeling to design, structure, and optimize data for reporting and analysis.
Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly, create concise reports, and collaborate with project stakeholders.
Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python or R) is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and dashboard creation is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, evolving project environment.
