Tourism Project Development & Procurement Expert

PDCOR Limited is looking for a professional for its ongoing Tourism PMU at Jaipur, with a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Architecture, Planning, MBA or equivalent qualification and 3–5 years of relevant experience in the tourism sector. The candidate must have experience in preparing tenders, RFPs, contracts, bid documents and other procurement-related documents. Strong drafting, documentation and coordination skills are essential.
Key Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Preparation of tenders, RFPs, EOIs, bid documents and procurement proposals for tourism projects.
Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and concession documents.
Preparation of DPRs, concept notes, project proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
Coordination with government departments, consultants and other stakeholders under the Tourism PMU.
Supporting procurement processes, bid evaluation, documentation and project-related reporting.
