New Business Development: Identify factories, warehouses, manufacturing units and industrial customers.
Lead Generation: Cold calling, field prospecting, LinkedIn, email, references and industrial-area visits.
Customer Visits: Visit prospects, understand requirements, take measurements and collect site details/photos.
Requirement Understanding: Understand application, dimensions, quantity, material, specifications and delivery requirements.
Technical Coordination: Basic AutoCAD/CAD knowledge, read basic drawings and coordinate with Design/Engineering.
Quotation & Follow-up: Coordinate quotations, follow up regularly, negotiate within approved limits and convert enquiries.
Order Conversion: Follow up for PO/advance and coordinate with Production/Dispatch after order confirmation.
Customer Development: Build repeat business and long-term industrial customer relationships.
