Essential:
Configure and administer AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk platforms.
Monitor application, infrastructure, and business transaction performance.
Perform proactive performance analysis and troubleshooting.
Identify bottlenecks using traces, logs, and metrics.
Create dashboards, reports, alerts, and monitoring policies.
Conduct root cause analysis and provide performance recommendations.
Support production incidents and critical application outages.
Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow, CI/CD, and automation platforms.
Collaborate with application, cloud, infrastructure, and SRE teams.
Maintain monitoring standards and observability best practices.
Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full-time education
Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
