Essential:
Administer and support enterprise network infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
Manage firewall changes, security audits, and CAB-approved implementations.
Support F5 and Azure load balancing solutions.
Monitor and optimize network performance and availability.
Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, VPN, and wireless issues.
Implement network security controls and compliance requirements.
Support Azure cloud networking and hybrid connectivity solutions.
Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
Handle P1/P2 incidents, root cause analysis, and problem management.
Coordinate with cloud, security, server, and application teams for issue resolution.
Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational procedures.
Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full-time education
Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
