Role Description This full-time remote HRIS Mobile Developer role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications that integrate with HRIS and payroll systems. The position involves implementing new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring secure data handling across mobile platforms. Daily tasks include collaborating with product, HR, and payroll teams to gather requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and troubleshooting issues in existing mobile functionalities. The HRIS Mobile Developer will configure integrations with databases and third-party services, perform testing and quality assurance, and document technical specifications. The role also includes monitoring system performance, applying best practices in mobile UI/UX, and supporting continuous improvement of Asia Payroll Hub’s digital HR and payroll offerings.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Systems, including HRIS concepts and workflows relevant to payroll and HR processes.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, performance optimization, and interpreting system and user requirements.
Hands-on experience in Software Development for mobile platforms (e.g., Android, iOS, cross-platform frameworks) with secure coding practices.
Knowledge of Integration techniques, including APIs, web services, and connecting mobile apps to HRIS and payroll systems.
Experience working with Databases, including data modeling, queries, and secure storage of employee and payroll information.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language or framework suitable for mobile development (e.g., Kotlin, Swift, React Native, Flutter).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with a focus on quality, usability, and data security.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with HR or payroll systems, and familiarity with compliance and data protection standards, is beneficial.
