Business Development & Strategy:
Develop business plans, programs, and campaigns to drive asset growth focused on Financing and SME Financing.
Manage external partnerships, stakeholder engagements, and participation in trade exhibitions, conferences, and events.
Conduct briefings and training sessions across business centers to support sales throughput
Financing & Portfolio Targets:
Drive targets for total financing assets, non-trade financing assets, SME financing percentage/volume, and approved halal financing assets.
Operational Support & Compliance:
Oversee timely processing of applications, commodity trading, and business center queries.
Ensure strict adherence to compliance, controls, and regulatory requirements.
