Food & Beverage Runner is responsible for supporting Food & Beverage service team by ensuring the timely delivery of food, beverages, and service items to guests. The role assists in maintaining smooth daily operations, cleanliness, service standards, and guest satisfaction while working closely with the F&B team and other departments.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service or hospitality is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Service-minded, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and willingness to learn menus and service procedures.
• Able to follow hotel standards, safety procedures, and grooming requirements.
• Flexible to work shifts
