Bilingual Community & Support Associate (Remote, Spanish/English)

LienGuardian is a construction-lien paperwork tool for contractors and homeowners, starting in Florida (USA). We're hiring a sharp, motivated person in Latin America to work directly with us, with no agency.
What you'll do
- Answer messages, email, and WhatsApp in Spanish and English
- Engage in contractor Facebook groups and social media with helpful information
- Onboard new contractors: product demos and help through their first job
- Keep our CRM (JobNimbus) up to date and report weekly results
What we're looking for
- Native Spanish and strong written and spoken English
- Experience in customer support, social media, or CRM work
- Quick thinker, problem solver, self-motivated, and ambitious
- Comfortable with email, YouTube, X, Facebook, and virtual office tools
- Available during Florida (US Eastern) business hours
- Bonus: video editing and AI tools
