Founders Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a lean, early-stage B2B sales intelligence team and work directly with the founding team on go-to-market strategy and sales execution. You will help turn market insights into practical sales processes and growth initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives, tracking their results and impact.
- Partner with the CEO on outbound sales, pipeline development, and deal progression.
- Manage outreach sequences, lead qualification, CRM records, and pipeline tracking.
- Build and refine sales playbooks based on prospect feedback and market results.
- Identify market opportunities and run go-to-market experiments.
- Represent the team in prospect conversations and early customer interactions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Two to four years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales execution, or business development.
- Experience designing and running go-to-market experiments or assessing market opportunities.
- Experience with outbound campaigns, prospect discovery, lead qualification, and CRM or pipeline management.
- Ability to develop sales playbooks and use data to guide go-to-market decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working in ambiguity and moving quickly.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual salary range: $60,000 to $90,000 USD.
