The Position
Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Achieve business objective and expense budget set by Area Manager in the assigned area and Branch
Accounts
完成地区经理制定的该区域及分支客户业务目标及预算内开支
2. Manage CA team and in coordination with other function support team resources in order to support
corporate account management activities
管理负责的集团客户团队，调动协调各支持部门资源，以全力支持集团客户管理的相关活动
3. Work closely with marketing team and provide proposal so as to exploit full marketing opportunities
与市场部紧密合作并提供建议方案，以全面开拓市场机会
4. Reinforce implementation of Corporate Account Management system in the assigned area and branch
accounts
加强负责区域内的分支客户管理的执行力度
5. Set performance target for appointed Branch Account.
为指定的分支客户制定任务目标
6. Monitor performance of Branch Account to ensure yearly target is achieved
监控分支客户的任务指标以确保年度目标的完成
7. Cooperate and works closely with other BA colleagues
与各事业部同事紧密合作
8. Assist in yearly budgeting exercise
协助制定年度计划
9. Assist in working out forecasting for products required by market
协助做出产品预测以适应市场需要
10. Ensure overall Branch Accounts satisfaction and responsible for Branch account effective management.
确保分支客户整体满意度，对分支客户有效管理
11. Prepare monthly report to line manager and management team and develop account management plan
为直线经理和管理团队准备月报并制定所负责客户的管理计划
12. Work closely with other functional teams and provide timely feedback to ensure whole service quality
与其他部门团队紧密合作并及时提供反馈以确保对客户的全面服务质量
Education & Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science discipline and/or Business
Degree
临床诊断或相关科学专业或商业学位本科或硕士学历；
2. Conversational communication in both spoken and written English
能够使用英文进行熟练的口头及书面沟通
3. Good command of MS office software application
熟练应用微软办公软件
Experience工作经验:
1. At least 5 years’ similar sales experience in the relevant industry
至少5年相关行业销售经验
2. Marketing and channel development experience will be a plus
