Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, combining responsibilities of Business Analyst Team Leader, Distribution Executive, Customer Relationship Executive, Support Executive, and Promotion Modeling. The team leader will coordinate analysis of business processes and requirements, guide junior analysts, and ensure accurate documentation of functional needs. Day-to-day work includes managing distribution operations, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing workflows to support business objectives. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely support across channels. The individual will also contribute to promotion modeling and related analytics, preparing reports and insights to help design and evaluate business campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Analysis.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for working with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Business Process analysis and optimization.
Candidates should possess the ability to gather, document, and manage Business Requirements.
Experience in team leadership or coordination roles in operations, distribution, or customer support is beneficial.
Familiarity with data analysis tools, reporting, and basic promotion or campaign modeling is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South.
