UI/UX Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UI/UX Engineer based in Brazil.
As a UI/UX Engineer, you will bridge product design and front-end development to create intuitive, accessible, and high-quality digital experiences. You will take ownership of product improvements from discovery and user journey mapping through interface design, implementation, and post-launch validation. Working closely with product leaders and engineering teams, you will transform user needs and business goals into polished, responsive, and maintainable solutions. You will contribute to scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and consistent experiences across web and mobile platforms. Accessibility, usability, and performance will be central to your work, alongside a commitment to engineering excellence and continuous improvement. You will also leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards for quality, security, and reliability.
